I lost 8 POUNDS in 14 days on the Spring Challenge!

Okay everyone, I am feeling great and know that thanks to a strong mindset, I am doing great and fitting into some jeans that didn't feel so great lately.

I have lost 8 pounds and am just wanting to stay with that (wouldn't mind a few more). Moreover, I want to share that it really works to make some changes and suddenly it all comes together.

STAY WITH IT!!

PLEASE REPLY SO I CAN SEE AND HEAR HOW YOU ARE DOING!

Ask for help and support!

Cheers,

Day Fourteen - Spring Challenge

Wow, the last day NOT! I am hanging on as Memorial Day is around the corner and I want to be feeling good in not just the bathing suit, but good in the clothes as I feel now!

Being someone who doesn't weigh herself, I did take a peek the other day and etc. and I know how much I normally weigh, I don't even need to step on the scale most the time.. So, I estimate I have lost at least 7 pounds. Will go with that!
